If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains our return and refund process.

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all labels, seals, and protective films.

Due to hygiene and safety standards in the cosmetics and personal care industry, certain items cannot be returned:

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take several days to post.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
